GHK-Cu

Copper Peptide

Also: GHK-Copper

Gly-His-Lys

human trialanimal studyin vitro

A naturally occurring copper complex of the tripeptide GHK (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine). Found in human plasma, saliva, and urine. GHK-Cu declines with age and has been shown to promote wound healing, attract immune cells, stimulate collagen synthesis, and have anti-aging effects on skin.

The copper ion is essential for activating enzymes involved in tissue remodeling including lysyl oxidase (collagen cross-linking), superoxide dismutase (antioxidant), and promoting stem cell activity. Resets gene expression of damaged tissue toward a healthier pattern.
